  1. The richest vegetable source of coenzyme Q10 or CoQ10 is spinach. Since Promanateins main ingredient is spinach it is loaded with this vegetable source of CoQ10. Additionally because of how the Spinach is freeze-dried virtually all of the nutrtional value of the spinach is preserved. For CoQ10 to be most beneficial, vegetables should be fresh, raw and unprocessed. Co-enzyme Q10 is found in most body tissues. The highest concentrations are in the heart, liver, kidneys and pancreas. According to the Linus Pauling Institute, "The amount of co-enzyme Q10 existing in your body decreases as you age.
