User Answers:

  1. Promanatein provides all the electrolytes. The 7 major electrolytes are:

    Sodium (Na+)
    Chloride (Cl-)
    Potassium (K+)
    Magnesium (Mg++)
    Calcium (Ca++)
    Phosphate (HPO4-)
    Bicarbonate (HCO3-)

    Electrolytes are minerals in your blood and other body fluids that carry an electric charge. Your body is a complex and carefully-balanced superhighway of cells, tissues, and fluids that, almost every second, directs an incomprehensible array of electrical impulses via electrolytes. This is only possible because those cells, tissues, and fluids thrive in a homeostatic environment where they conduct electricity well enough to carry the signals to their intended destinations, again thanks to electrolytes.

    The good news is that we should not be too concerned about maintaining our electrolyte levels because they are mostly determined by food and water consumption. This means that keeping the right electrolyte balance simply comes down to proper nutrition and drinking enough water.

    Thankfully, Promanatein provides all 91 essential nutrients in their most pure form (plant based) which consists of 60 minerals, 16 vitamins, 12 amino acids and 3 fatty acids.   [edit]
